Build quality of this product is very premium & it works like a charm. I saw some people sharing negative comments , but i not sure if they have read the instructions properly on how to use it or may be thier product was defective. Always use little cold or matka water for making ice. That way the Ice cubes are formed well & quikly. I really loved as it actually made small ice cube in 9 min & large one in 13 min. This is a perfect product for home & get together.
