1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for unused and undamaged products within 2 days from the date of delivery. The product must be in its original packaging, with all tags, seals, and accessories intact. Returns are not accepted for used, opened, or damaged products, except in cases of defective items.
Non-returnable items:
- Products that have been used, opened, or damaged.
- Items purchased during discounts or promotions (unless otherwise stated).
- Customized or personalized products.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide Details: Include your order number, product details, and a brief description of the reason for the return. If the product is damaged or defective, please include clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization and the address for returning the product.
- Ship the Item: Pack the product securely in its original packaging and send it back to the address provided. Shipping charges for returns are non-refundable.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item and it passes our quality check, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, and the amount will be credited after deducting any applicable shipping charges.
- Refund Timeline: Refunds may take 7-14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.
- If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be issued to your bank account or via another payment method, as per your preference.
4. Exchange Policy
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges for products. If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original product and placing a new order for the desired item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@electrokld.com or 9625766636. We will initiate a return and refund or replacement process for the damaged product.
Please note: Product damage due to mishandling after delivery is not covered under our return policy.
6. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges for returns are non-refundable.
- If your return is due to a damaged or defective item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- Free shipping is offered on your original order, but shipping fees incurred on returns will not be refunded.
7. Order Cancellations
